Crossroads Rhode Island Gala – “Fly”

Crossroads is an organization dedicated to helping people move out of homelessness. It is the premier gala of the season and was held in an airplane hanger converted to a spectacular ballroom.
The event featured airport stations for cocktails, among them our Housemade Salmon Gravalax from the Vancouver Airport.
Our “stewardess’s” offered Blue Sky Martinis in the cozy and trendy “Sky Lounge.”
Even our menu incorporated the theme, featuring Pan-Am Baby Wedge Salad, Bourbon Glazed Filet Mignon and Cloud Potatoes accompanied by “carry-on” Green Bean Bundles.
